Our experienced technicians will meet with you to get measurements of your existing windows, and then our expert designers will help you choose the best product to meet your needs. Worried about installation? Don’t be. We offer professional installation backed by years of experience and expert training to provide you with the best craftsmanship possible.
Steps in the Process
Schedule an appointment to measure.
- Contact our office and schedule an appointment for an experienced technician to come meet with you at your home and measure the existing windows on your home. This will also be where you mention any changes you want to make to the existing layout (Replacing an operable window with a picture window, etc.)
Schedule an appointment to meet with our design team and view different brands and color options.
- Our office will reach out to you and schedule an appointment for you to come into the office and meet with our design team to look at the different brand options as well as color selections.
- You can also schedule this appointment prior to having our technicians come out to your home in order to get a better idea of what your options are.
Our technicians will provide the measurements and window types to our designers who will work up an estimate for you based on your specifications for brand and color.
Once you approve your estimate Six Flags Glass will collect the deposit for your order and process it into our system.
- Deposits can be made in the form of cash, card, or check.
- These deposits can be made in person or over the phone.
After your order has been processed our dispatch will contact you with a rough ETA of installation based on the expected delivery date of your windows.
- This will not be a confirmed appointment, only a notice of expected delivery date and installation.
- Once the windows have been confirmed as delivered to Six Flags Glass our dispatch will reach out to you to confirm your appointment for installation.
Once the appointment has been confirmed please ensure that all furniture and obstructions are moved away from the windows.
- Six Flags Glass will remove and re-install any blinds/shutters covering the windows.
When the technicians arrive on the day of installation they will begin installation of your new windows.
- During this time they will also be removing the existing windows. NOTE: for multi-day installs we will not remove more windows than we can install that day in order to prevent openings from being left overnight.
After the installation is complete, the windows will all be given a once-over to ensure proper installation.
- This will include checking for proper operation, ensuring all caulking and weather seal were applied correctly, as well as cleaning all windows.
- This will also be where the technician will walk through with you and address any issues or concerns that you may have.
Once the windows have been thoroughly checked and approved, the remaining balance of the ticket will be due.
- This can be paid in the same form as the deposit and can either be paid on site to the technician or to the office.

Warranty FAQ

Most manufacturers offer between a 20 to 30 year warranty on any glass defects and a limited lifetime
warranty on the construction of the window. Six Flags Glass offers a
workmanship warranty that covers any issues with the installation and weatherseal of the product we install.
This typically covers different types of glass failure such as moisture in between the panes of glass, rainbow spots on the tint, etc. Labor will be covered by the manufacturer for the first year, after that, the manufacturer will cover the glass, but the homeowner will be responsible for the labor to install the glass.
A limited lifetime warranty is loosely used to cover the construction of the window. This covers things such as the finish on the frame, the structural integrity of the frame, etc.
Our office is the first point of contact for any issues regarding installation services we provide. After contacting them, they will schedule an appointment with you to have a technician meet with you and address any concerns you might have.
